Supplementary Data: Ultrahigh yet convergent thermal conductivity of carbon nanotubes from comprehensive atomistic modeling

Description

Input and output data for the following paper: Ultrahigh yet convergent thermal conductivity of carbon nanotubes from comprehensive atomistic modeling by Giuseppe Barbalinardo, Zekun Chen, Haikuan Dong, Zheyong Fan, and Davide Donadio The folder CNT-MD-data contains all the inputs and outputs of the MD simulations for the thermal conductivity of a (10, 0) carbon nanotube using the GPUMD code. The folder CNT-BTE-data contains all the inputs and outputs of the BTE calculations for the thermal conductivity of a (10, 0) carbon nanotube using the LAMMPS USER-PHONON package and the kALDo package.
