Alvar anatomical whole-body model with anisotropic skeletal muscles
Description
The Alvar whole-body model is an anatomically accurate voxel model of an adult male designed at Aalto University for computational electromagnetic dosimetry. The model consists of 82 distinct anatomical structures, tissues, and/or bodily fluids. It has been further refined to categorize muscle tissue into 398 individual skeletal muscles. For these muscles, the direction of the muscle fibres has been estimated using Laplacian vector field simulations. More details about the dataset are given in the README.md file.
