Natural personA post-doc researcher grants can be awarded to a post-doc level researcher to provide him/her with subsistence and/or to cover research costs.The share of costs covered by the grant is not limited.A post-doc researcher grant are not subject to any other limitations, either.A post-doc grant may be paid to the grant recipient as a grant or as a salary via a research group. If the grant recipient uses the grant for hiring assistants or for paying wages/salaries for work related to his/her research or project, he/she is responsible for tax withholding and other normal employer obligations.The maximum amount of a post-doc researcher grant is EUR 26,000 without a predetermined work period.If a post-doc researcher uses the grant as a personal grant, he/she is responsible for informing MELA how long he/she intends to work on the grant.
