SleepVention: A Data-driven recommender platform for improving sleep and wellbeing through digital tracking and interventions

Description of the granted funding

The SleepVention project studies the use of personal health data to create methods for normal people to better understand their sleep quality, and improve their recovery and wellbeing. During the project, a web platform is developed that allows end-users to share and control their health data, and share access to it under their control for researchers and businesses. Social aspects of the web platform allow peer-to-peer activities and communication, and intelligent recommendations are provided which are designed to help users improve their quality of life through actionable interventions.
