The main objective of this project is to provide digital assistance to individuals in the early stages of cognitive impairment (CI) to support their everyday conversations. This digital tool aims to ease verbal communication and address the social stigma often experienced by both individuals with CI and their family caregivers. The project will explore this approach by developing a Digital Conversation Assistant (DCA) designed to assist both individuals with CI and their caregivers. The DCA is intended to make daily conversations easier, promote more meaningful interactions, and raise awareness of the social challenges associated with CI. The focus will be on improving accessibility and social integration, ultimately enhancing the quality of life for individuals affected by CI.
