TRANSFORM-AI addresses Finland's innovation paradox: despite strong capabilities and R&D investment, productivity and economic growth remain sluggish. The project investigates how leadership, intangible capital, and responsible AI adoption can support economic renewal and societal well-being. Drawing on disciplines such as behavioral science, economics, and education, the project co-develops solutions with over 30 stakeholder organizations. Outcomes include practical tools and policy guidance for enhancing strategic decision-making, adapting workforce skills, and deploying AI in ways that promote competitiveness, resilience, and inclusive growth.
