I am Senior Lecturer in nursing with background in nursing science research and experience in medical nursing and health promotion education. I specialize in implementing education and developing international nursing degree programme, focusing on competence-based curriculum design and assessment. I integrate innovative teaching methods, bilingual simulations, and I’m proficient in digital tools. I mentor and support students in international nursing programme, guiding them through thesis work and clinical training. I have experience in working as project expert in various national and international projects.
