Tarja Niemelä, PhD, is a senior lecturer at the School of Business, Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences. She is also a docent at the School of Business and Economics, University of Jyväskylä. Her main area of research emcompasses the issue of networking and cooperation, growth of the firm, and learning in organisations, while her current research deals with sustainability and responsibility, SDGs, and management education in the higher educational settings. Her current research interests is focus on management education and sustainability as well as micro-credentials and thesis supervising interventions.
