Abstract
Etä- ja hybridityö ovat muuttaneet työn tekemisen tapoja pysyvästi. Samalla ne ovat haastaneet perinteiset johtamiskäytännöt: miten johdetaan, kun ihmiset eivät ole samassa tilassa, eivätkä kaikki ole läsnä samalla tavalla. Osallistava ja inklusiivinen johtaminen tarjoaa yhden keskeisen vastauksen tähän muutokseen.
