MLCC Acoustic Data Set
Description
The data set contains the acoustic response from 60 Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCC). For each capacitor there is an acoustic response measured before and after bending of the circuit board where the capacitors were soldered. The bending of the circuit board introduced cracks or delamination to the capacitors. Information on the observed damage is included in the data set.
