Andersson et al, 2024, transcriptomic and epigenomic data
Description
This repository contains raw and processed data described in Andersson et al. (2024) and pertaining to following three experiments:
1) RNA-seq of Dm-aKG treated intestinal stem cells (ISCs) and controls
2) Enzymatic 5hmC-seq of Dm-aKG treated ISCs and controls
3) whole-genome oxidative bisulfite sequencing of ISC^Old-mitochondria, ISC^Young-mitochondria, transit amplifying cells, and Paneth cells.
