Regeneration of acid and base solutions from sulfate salts using bipolar membrane electrodialysis as part of a CO2 mineralization process

Regeneration of acid and base solutions from sulfate salts using bipolar membrane electrodialysis as part of a CO2 mineralization process

Description

The current metafile aims at explaining the open data related to tests presented and being discussed in paper: “Regeneration of acid and base solutions from sulfate salts using bipolar membrane electrodialysis as part of a CO2 mineralization process”, Authors: E. Koivisto, B. Hägglund and R. Zevenhoven. The open data explained in the files refer to tests B1-B15 and M1-M10, all referred to in the paper mentioned above. Following data was collected during the experiment and noted manually; - Starting conditions of the ingoing solutions (concentration of ongoing dissolved salts and total volume of each solution) - Final volumes of all solutions except the electrolyte solution - Time for data recording (for which voltage, current, pH, conductivity and temperature are recorded) The data files are provided as .csv files.
