Reader’s Theater projects in reading disability remediation (ReadDrama): project data

Description

The dataset consists of multiple Reader's Theater intervention substudies at primary grades. Each substudy includes several reading skill assessments, questionnaire data on motivational measures, and data concerning treatment fidelity. Some trials also include interview data, speech recordings of reading-aloud tasks, video recordings of a reader's theater intervention session, and eye-tracking recordings. The main research trials and thus dataset entities: - Assessment validation study (n ~ 114, 3rd and 4th grade students) - Intervention pilot study (n ~30, 3rd grade students) - Large-scale RCT trial (n ~320, 3rd and 4th grade students) - Eye tracking recordings during reading for a subsample of students participating into the RCT trial (pretest n~150, posttest n~80). - Implementation trial 1 (n ~300, 2nd to 5th grade students) - Implementation trial 2 (n ~120, 3rd to 6th grade students).
