Sun sensor gamma TID test results

Sun sensor gamma TID test results

Description

Analog and digital sun sensors developed by Aalto University were irradiated with gamma rays in the STUK Co-60 facility in Vantaa, Finland. The sensors were continuously monitored during the irradiaiton to observe performance degradation and failures due to accumulation of total ionising dose. The CSV files contain the raw data collected during the irradiaiton from Friday 8.12.2023 to Monday 11.12.2023. The PDF files provide visualisations of the collected parameters. Also included are ZIP files containing data collected during the room temperature and high temperature annealing and post annaling measurements. The sensors and the background of this measurement campaign are going to be published under the title "Qualification of Affordable Open-Source Analogue and Digital Sun Sensors for CubeSats"
