Description
README
Passiflora biflora LCMS raw data.zip
Compressed raw mass spectral (LC-MS) data from Passiflora biflora samples.
The cyanogenic content of Passiflora biflora leaf samples was analyzed using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) with Agilent 1100 Series LC (Agilent Technologies, Germany) hyphenated to a Bruker HCT-Ultra ion trap mass spectrometer (Bruker Daltonics, Germany) following the procedure of de castro et al. 2019. https://doi.org/10.1002/ece3.5062 and Mattila et al. 2021. https://doi.org/10.7717/peerj.11523
Mass spectral data can be analyzed with the native data analysis software (Compass DataAnalyses, Bruker Daltonics).
Included are also files giving key to ids (linking raw LCMS id to sample id) and providing sample wet and dry mass. Also included METADATA describing these files.
