# DOUAR software and input files This repository contains the software DOUAR and the input files needed to reproduce the results presented in the article "Controls on continental strain partitioning above an oblique subduction zone, Northern Andes" by Jorina Schütt and David Whipp. The organization of the files in this repository is described below. ## DOUAR software The source code of the version of DOUAR capable of producing the results in the aforementioned article is available in this repository as the file `douar-wsmp.tar.gz`. You can find instructions for compiling DOUAR in the `README` file in the source code archive. This version of the code relies on use of the proprietary [WSMP solver available from IBM](https://researcher.watson.ibm.com/researcher/view_group.php?id=1426). Compilation and use of the DOUAR software is not trivial and interested parties are encouraged to contact David Whipp (david.whipp@helsinki.fi) if they encounter difficulty in compiling the software or reproducing our results.
