Soil porosity and organisms
Description
This dataset is associated with Salminen et al. (2025) article entitled “Trophic interactions and deviation of microbial-based carbon in porosphere of arable fields”. Soil porosity was measured by using X-ray computed tomography, aminosugar concentrations as biomarkers of microbial necromass and densities of nematode feeding groups were measured at a depth of 10 cm from four arable fields in southern Finland (clay and loam soils).
