Eco-anxiety, Nature Connection, and Well-being Survey 2022

Eco-anxiety, Nature Connection, and Well-being Survey 2022

Description

The data consists of 1013 responses regarding Finnish citizens’ perceptions of eco-anxiety, nature connection, and well-being. The data were collected in January 2022 using an online panel survey. Invitations were sent to 18–65-year-olds in continental Finland. The data collection had quotas set to match the demographics by gender and age groups. The online panelists were volunteers, who choose to respond to surveys according to their likes and interests. Written informed consent was provided by all online panelists. An independent Finnish polling company collected the data whose practices are based on EU and Finnish legislation and the ISO 20252 standard, and who comply with the ICC/ESOMAR International Code on Market, Opinion and Social Research and Data Analytics. The polling company was responsible for data exclusion: low-quality responses (more than 10% missing values, or unrealistically quick completion time) were removed, with slots reopening to new online panelists on a rolling basis. The data is anonymized.
