This dataset contains the fMRI scans presented in the Magnetic Resonance in Medicine article: “Simultaneous zero echo time fMRI of rat brain and spinal cord”. The folder “data” contains the final preprocessed files for eight rats, with description of the preprocessing steps in the article. The folder “target” contains the anatomical and functional images of the target brain and spinal cord with masks and landmark files used for co-registration. The folder "ROIs" includes the regions-of-interest used in the analyses of the article. The folder “stimulation” contains text files with information about the stimulation timings.
