Assessing the adaptive potential of wild Cinxia butterfly populations using temporal genomics

Description

Individual whole-genome sequencing data of Glanville fritillary butterflies (Melitaea cinxia) sampled between 2009-2021 in the Åland islands, Finland. In total, the dataset contains 512 individuals sampled at 6 different locations, with 3-8 timepoints per location (N=8-17 individuals per location per timepoint). Samples have been sequenced in three batches on the NovaSeq / NovaSeq X Plus platform, PE150, with an average coverage of 25X (range 3-75X). A number of samples have multiple runs to increase read depth (N=669 fastq files in total).
