Research Data: Path-dependent electronic stopping for self-irradiated silicon

This repository contains the research data for real-time time-dependent density functional theory electronic stopping calculations of self-irradiated silicon. It includes the generated and processed data for each studied trajectory, copies of the silicon pseudopotentials with 4 and 12 explicit electrons (Si4 and Si12, respectively), and the resulting electron densities for the Si cell and each trajectory.
