Developing teacher's pedagogical competence: self-reflection by teachers' well-being survey

Participants of the study was participating to the CoBle project that developed vocational teacher’ pedagogical competence in collaborative process. Project partner organisation’s chosen teachers were leading the pedagogical competence development in their organisations after they have first participated into the training program during the project. The research setting in two phases studied first, before the training program, teachers’ well-being focusing on the pedagogical learning design process and second, after the training program the similar survey was conducted. The survey was instructed to be answered with the lenses of self-reflection related to the pedagogical competence for designing learning. The first survey was conducted in the beginning of the first training session that was held face-to-face. All of the participants answered to the survey. The second survey was conducted after following online training sessions and only small part of the participant answered the survey that was sent by email.
