I together with the programme committee are planning to organize an inaugural academic household finance conference in Lapland in March 2023. The idea is to organize a conference which would attract leading household finance researchers from all over the world, especially Europe, to submit their best work and to spend unforgettable days in Finnish Lapland. This will help to strengthen Finnish household finance research community brand abroad even further and facilitate access to most selective social networks within the field of finance research. LHFS is part of a larger plan to organize Lapland Hedge Fund Summit (LEFS) and PhD Nordic Finance Workshop (organized by NFN) at the during the same week at the same location to benefit from synergies between all three conferences.

2023
