Aaltonen has award-winning experience in qualitative organisation studies exploring sustainability, responsibility and planetary well-being in the context of learning and business. As the postdoctoral researcher at the University of Helsinki and MUST-project, he is responsible for governance-related questions of multispecies transition. Both in research and teaching Aaltonen is committed to dialogue and interaction as a solution that current times need.
