Description of research
With two decades of experience in Purchasing and Supply Management (PSM), I currently serve as the Senior Lecturer at Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, teaching and supervising Master's theses related to purchasing and supply management field. My background includes hands-on experience as a buyer in automotive and telecommunication sectors, complemented by an academic foundation with a Master’s in Logistics and an upcoming Doctorate in Purchasing and Supply Management capabilities. Additionally, I have had the privilege of working as a research trainee at McGill University (Montréal, Canada), which enhanced my academic and research skills. I completed my pedagogical competence studies in 2019 and I have had the privilege of working and studying internationally - UK, France, and Canada - which has enriched my perspective and teaching approach. I enjoy international collaboration both in education and academic research, especially focusing on advancing the global responsibility for us PSM educators, to support our future PSM experts and leaders in creating a more sustainable globe for us all.Keywords
