Blek Tiina

Description

I am a Senior Lecturer with a strong background in the health and social care sector, currently working at Jamk University of Applied Sciences. I specialize in developing cybersecurity competence in health and social services, both nationally and internationally. This includes teaching, project work, research and lecturing to strengthen digital resilience and data protection in healthcare environments. In addition to my work in human oriented cybersecurity, I am currently involved in the POIJU project, which aims to enhance higher education staff’s ability to design work-life-oriented micro-credentials. The project supports the development of flexible and relevant educational offerings that respond to evolving professional needs. In both my teaching and research, I emphasize collaboration, critical thinking, and the integration of theory and practice. I enjoy working with students, colleagues, and external partners to foster inclusive and forward-thinking academic environments.
