I am senior lecturer at Laurea University of Applied Sciences in Helsinki region, Finland. I am heading Laurea Digital Living Lab, learning-by-developing, project-oriented platform for industry collaboration. I am involved in education export, education system consultancy. I have PhD from military sciences, leadership and military pedagogics department from National Defence University in Finland. My dissertation topic was "Forecasted self : learning 21st-century digital skills with artificial intelligence and real-life projects". I have wide experience in international business- and capability development, related to Industry 4.0/5.0 competencies, processes and digital solution creation, including artificial intelligence in education and knowledge work.
