Completed PhD from the School of Management, Tampere University in 2016, with the dissertation Microcredit and Women’s Empowerment: Does microcredit promote the borrowers to participate in the household decision-making process in Bangladesh? Completed professional teacher education degree from the Tampere University of Applied Sciences (TAMK) in 2019. Completed MSS in and M.Ed. from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. A member of women in higher education research group, Faculty of Management and Business, Tampere University. An active member of EquJust research group in the Faculty of Education, Tampere University as well.
Actively involved in editing book, writing joint articles and blogs, participating national and international conferences, preparing individual and joint research applications for funding and collaborating with the national and international partners.
