Description of research

Experienced transdisciplinary researcher in environmental social sciences, leaning towards environmental humanities. Doctor in environmental policy. My research focuses on knowledge practices and environmental agency in different contexts. I have worked on sustainability of urban development and sustainable diets, including pioneering phenomena such as veganism and entomophagy. Human-insect relationships is one long-term thread in my work. My dissertation focused on amateur naturalism and citizen science, and I continue to work on the issues of technologies in human-nature relations and in biodiversity knowledge management. I am interested in arts&crafts -collaborations in science. I have a passion for creative scholarly writing.
