I consider myself organized, creative, committed, with a high learning capacity, and suitable for working both individually and in groups. As a Food Safety and Quality Engineer, I am technologically proficient in Hyphenated techniques, Quality Management systems & Audits in the food chain (HACCP, ISO 9000 family, 14001, 22000, GMP, GAP, GFSI, TQM, IFS, IMS, EFQM, and FSSC 22000); also capable of integrating sustainable food systems engineering: upcycling of food loss/waste, food fortification, and innovation using nanotechnology to solve our ever-increasing problems in the food system. In addition, I am a proactive, curious, and sociable person, always ready to help and get involved in learning new tools, techniques, and innovative projects.Affiliations
