Objectives of the project
The gaol of this research is to define more precise estimation of the economic value of hunted moose meat. Other aim is to describe the consumption pattern of moose meat: how meat is distributed; how and where it is consumed. Also research is aiming to describe the structure of commercial value chain and the most important factors that influence on the operations of the commercial markets.

Results and impact
The more accurate estimations of economic value of moose meat can be utilized in evaluating and comparing different management actions. The value of hunted moose meat can be increased, if the market conditions are able to improve.
