Abstract
The management of sports organizations is at the crossroad of responsible, sustainable, and ethical management in the different sports sectors. This chapter problematizes the challenges of local and global practices, the influence of cultural contexts, and the need for collaborative efforts among stakeholders. Being at the crossroads of responsibility and sustainability, this chapter underscores the importance of ethical decision-making and transparency.
